Domestic Shipping
Currently, products from PureGaloreLLC are only available for shipping within the U.S. Due to the nature of the products we offer, we must ship them with care. Please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping to ensure your purchase reaches you in the best condition.
Please note that shipping is limited during the summer months due to high temperatures, which may affect the delivery of certain items. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns
Return and Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds; however, exchanges are provided under specific conditions.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the original condition as received, and returned in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order.
Updated Policy Notice:
We no longer offer exchanges except in cases where the item is defective or damaged. Refunds will be issued only when applicable and in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy. All refund requests must meet these criteria to qualify for reimbursement.
